What's going on now?

Well I just work two jobs right now. One is doing research at BYU. It's a lot of fun and keeps me busy. Then I work at an Orthopedics office. Both are super fun. I'm excited for Halloween. I already know what I am going to be but it's a surprise. Softball is over but now I'm going to be on a flag football team. So excited for that. It's close to the holidays and I'm getting super excited.

What's been going on!

Well life has been a little crazy and hectic these days. I moved last month to Sugarhouse to 4 new roommates that I had never met before but are wonderful. I couldn't have picked a better place to live. Last month I was on my ward softball team and we won our championship game that was totally loaded on the other team. So rewarding. It's been crazy in the last month moving, celebrating so many September birthdays and working while being with the familia and friends. Brandon my lil bro is doing so great right now. It's fun to see him and the drive to Mt. Pleasant isn't so bad either. I love fall colors. My mom is making lots of jewelry for me and is deciding to sale it. Bri my lil sis is loving high school and getting excited for school dances and all that jazz. I commute to Provo monday-friday each week. Don't worry the bus is a nice break from driving even though it takes me almost 2 hours each way. :0) But what can you do. So two weeks ago I got to go to the zoo with Kristi, Todd, Ciara, Cory and of course I brought a date. It was so much fun. I loved the new baby additions to the zoo. You really should go if you haven't already. Just getting ready for the upcoming h0lidays and snow. Ugh not excited for that just yet.

Student Teaching-The last day

I finished student teaching today. I am super sad because I am not teaching my students anymore. They are my students. I had to sit there and watch Miss Wentz today and it was so hard not to get up and teach the kids myself. I will miss them all. Even when they don't do the work and get me a little flustered.

Student Teaching

Right now I am in the middle of student teaching at Lone Peak High School in Chemistry. My mentoring teacher is Miss. Rachel Wentz. It has been an interesting experience. I've had kisses blown at me, I love you's, nice handwriting, she doesn't know what she's talking about, why should we listen to you, where are you from, do you have a boyfriend, are you married. But the best thing is that most of them do not even want to study or try chemistry. They wanted labs but then they didn't want to do the work from them. It's amazing. I love every minute of it.

Also I find out March 10th if I got the job with Teach For America and if I did I find out where I will be living for the next two years. I really hope that I got the job.
